Oracle was at a turning point: enterprise data was fragmented across marketing, sales, service, finance, supply chain, and HR—with no true unified customer view. I stepped into the opportunity to design a platform that transformed siloed systems into a single, dynamic customer profile teams could actually use.

The challenge wasn’t just technical integration—it was usability at scale. I led the effort to translate over 50 intelligent attributes—like lifetime value, purchase recency, and engagement signals—into intuitive, campaign-ready building blocks, enabling teams to launch truly customer-centric experiences without complexity slowing them down.

I helped transform Oracle Unity from a data platform into a revenue engine by designing a unified customer view that connected marketing, sales, service, and analytics into a single intelligent system. By simplifying enterprise-wide data into actionable insights, I helped enable teams to move faster, personalize at scale, and unlock measurable business growth.

Through thoughtful platform design and prebuilt operational models, I helped accelerated time-to-value—reducing implementation friction and empowering organizations to activate AI-driven insights immediately. The result: lower operational costs, stronger cross-functional alignment, and smarter revenue acceleration powered by real-time intelligence.

I led product design for Oracle Unity from 0→$100M+ nARR, architecting the experience layer that translated complex enterprise data into a scalable, revenue-driving platform. Within four years, the product reached 100+ enterprise customers at ~$1M per license.
